Questions about plans and paying
Greetfolk is in beta. The businesses we pick for the beta use the paid plans for free while it runs. The crossed-out prices are what each plan costs after the beta.
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund part months unless the law requires it.
Monthly in advance, in Philippine pesos, plus any taxes the law requires us to charge. The price is flat: it stays the same however many bookings come in, and we never take a cut of them.
By credit card. Businesses in the beta don't pay while it runs.
Yes, and it stays free: we never start charging for it. Your website on a greetfolk.com address and your listing in the Greetfolk directory cost nothing, and we don't ask for a credit card. If we change what it includes, we tell you first.
Yes. The first 10 businesses to join get 3 months free, then 50% off for the rest of their first year, in return for weekly feedback and a testimonial. We agree it with you in writing.
We do. Tell us the name of your business and where it is. We put your site together, show it to you on your phone, and you decide.
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance for the AI, which we state in writing when you subscribe. One day can use at most a quarter of it. If it runs out, the AI tells your clients it can't answer right now and asks them to call you until the allowance resets. Your team can still reply.
We tell you and give you 7 days to pay before we pause the service.
We tell you at least 30 days before a price changes. If you don't accept the new price, you can cancel before it starts.
We're building it. It isn't part of your plan until it launches, and we can't promise a date.
